The incredible and great location walk from a bus stop was just what I needed. Beds and pillows in my deluxe queen room were comfy.

new-fashioned room, clean bathroom, pleasant staff. a wide array of meals for breakfast, including slices of fresh bread, pastries, eggs, cheese, and meats.

The property was nice. The staff were fairly friendly and amicable and assisted with private parking.

The place deserved 4 stars. The staff were helpful and friendly, helped us with every request. Our accommodation was set in a central location near to the center, and the market square. Besides, the property was 4 km away from National Show Center.

Planned to see Bruges major attractions and it was handy base for visiting all of them. The whole staff was really friendly and amiable.

The breakfast package was a highlight, plentiful and delicious. The location was great for exploring the city and the room was very spacious with a modern and clean bathroom.

The beds were uncomfortable, made up of two single beds pushed together that kept slipping apart and the mattresses were light and flimsy causing the fitted sheets to come off. The fire alarm went off early, the stairs were poorly lit, and we could smell smoke in our room for the entire day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great - it was close to the city center and we had a lovely view of the tower from our window. The breakfast was excellent - we were impressed by the portions and the quality of the coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel facilities were modern and clean.

Absolutely loved the central location of the hotel, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and the train station. The room was surprisingly spacious and quiet considering it was located on a busy street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky as it was locally known by a different name. It would have been helpful if the hotel had clearer signage or directions.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful architecture and decor in the room, especially the ornate high ceiling and doors. The four poster bed added a touch of elegance to my stay. The location was also great, with easy access to restaurants, the Markt, and the train station. The manager was very friendly and helpful when I had the chance to speak with him. The cleanliness of the room and the attention to detail in making it up were also commendable.

There were a few downsides to my stay. This caught me off guard and I ended up not having my necessary hygiene items.
